Vigourous, Evergreen perennial from Western Australia forming near clumps of strappy leads. Tall heads of velvety flowers are carried about the foliage during spring and summer. Ideal for adding dramatic colour to the garden bed and patio pots. Flowers are attractive to nectar feeding birds. Best in a sunny position in moist, well-drained soil, tolerant of a wide range of soil types, including Sand, Clay, and wet soil. Avoid frost. Protect from slugs and snails when Young.
